Not all glass is the same—and we treat it that way. Our team uses two advanced cleaning methods depending on whether your windows are hydrophobic (repel water) or hydrophilic (absorb water), and the specific conditions of the job.

Squeegee Method (Best for Hydrophobic Glass & Interiors):
Hydrophobic windows repel water, causing it to bead and streak. For these, we use the traditional squeegee method—applying a glass-safe cleaning solution, then hand-squeegeeing the water away for a streak-free finish. This method is also ideal for interior windows and detailed work around frames and edges.

DI Water-Fed Pole System (Best for Hydrophilic Glass & High Exteriors):
For hydrophilic windows and multi-story exterior glass, we use a professional water-fed pole system with pure deionized (DI) water. This system gently scrubs the glass using a soft-bristle brush and rinses it with ultra-pure water, leaving no spots, minerals, or residue behind.
